Our voluntary return program covers brand-new, slightly used and defective or quality-issue items within 90 days after delivery. Statutory rights remain separate and may last longer.

For voluntary returns, refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive the returned item. Where the law requires an earlier refund or permits the process to begin with proof of return shipment, we follow that law.
