Contact us within 90 days after delivery to request a return or exchange. Brand-new, slightly used, and defective or quality-issue items are accepted. Email us to obtain the return address before sending an item.

For a change of mind under our voluntary program, the buyer pays return postage. For a defective or quality-issue return, we pay. If applicable law requires a different allocation, that law applies.

Once the returned item is received, we send the replacement item.

This voluntary policy does not limit cancellation, withdrawal, repair, replacement, price-reduction or refund rights that apply in your delivery location. EU customers have a separate statutory online withdrawal right and legal remedies for faulty goods.
